The TrashMinder 250MS Usage Management System records how often a compactor is used by individuals, departments or tenants. By using remote editing functions from your personal computer you can create new accounts, delete accounts and lock-out unauthorized users. The TrashMinder software even offers a variety of management reports.

The TrashMinder Usage Management System provides control and greater profitability for property managers and/or haulers. This system has ideal capabilities for shopping center, industrial complex, hotel and healthcare facility applications.

General Description


  • The TrashMinder program, which is simple to operate, links a TrashMinder compactor Monitor to a computer, via a phone modem.
  • The Software communicates with 1, or hundreds of TrashMinder Monitors.
  • From a PC, Management can perform remote editing and data retrieval functions such as adding or closing accounts, locking out users, and retrieving usage totals for billing or historical records.
  • The TrashMinder Software stores up to one year of detailed account usage information on the computer hard drive.
  • Management can generate a wide range of reports sorted by account, department, compactor, region and/or designated time period.
