Features & Benefits (Fullness System)

Features and Benefits (Fullness System)

  • The Fullness System electronically monitors a compactor's activity and reports container fullness levels to a PC. The Monitor automatically reports 'Full' and 'Empty' compactor container status.
  • Eliminates unnecessary pick-ups of partially filled containers which reduces the number of pick-ups by an average of 20 to 40%! This reduces the costs to the compactor user, and builds the level of trust between haulers and their customers.
  • Eliminates employee on-site involvement in checking and reporting container fullness levels.
  • System intelligence eliminates false 'Full' readings caused by jams and pressure surges. Compactor usage fluctuations from seasonal activity or holidays are no longer a concern.
  • Timely pick-ups assure a cleaner, safer work environment.
